Kim is an entrepreneur and has owned various small businesses since 1995. She currently owns a restaurant upholstery business that serves 200 restaurants in NW Arkansas. In her nearly 20 years of dental industry experience, she has managed practices, assisted with new startups, gone from paperless to digital, served practices with remote billing and insurance aging cleanup, and trained staffs in all aspects of elevating their dental practice. She is a mother of six and grandmother of seven. Outside of her professional work, she enjoys cooking for family, sewing and creative projects, playing music, managing finances with precision, exploring homesteading, and tackling hands-on projects around the home. She holds a bachelor's degree in special education.
